I have never been treated so kindly in all my life. The staff have encouraged me from the day I walked into this facility. My husband who also goes here has turned our life completely around..My counsler(Sandora) each morning greets my little boy and holds his little hand and takes him with her...I have been donated a pair of shoes for my baby. I have been helped beyond measure. It is clean, professional, and respectful enviroment. I am currently detoxing the nurses even encourage me each day of my struggle and tell me I can do it...They ask how I am out of sincerity...I am writing this post hoping who ever is scared to reach out and seek treatment...the process is harmless and if you really want help its just a call away..What you do with this program is up to you,but the resources are here..Love and blessings to you all.
Quick and efficient just remember what your payi g for is not freedom it's another wound that is even harder to heal.
It's a very great place to go and get your treatment I recommend anyone who has an opiate addiction that they should go to Jacksonville Metropolitan Treatment Center
Been going here for a free months now and at first the lines were extremely long. But now they have their computer login system up and running,. It is smooth running. In and out!
It's a great clinic, especially compared to other Clinics that I have been through. Great staff, very helpful, professional and friendly.
I like this clinic...the counselors are nice and very helpful...
Always end up back at this clinic no matter how many others I try
The best place in Jacksonville, FL!! Everyone is kind, helpful, and willing to help in any way possible, if you're serious about cleaning up and getting you life together.
Does anyone know if Jacksonville Metro Clinic is going to start taking Medicaid? That is what I've heard but I've heard that in the past.
@Jewelie Yzaguirre.....what is the intake process like? I have gone to rr on Park for 2 yrs and yday my brother and I had to leave. A former client that has been kicked off the grounds before and shouldn't have even been there and be just ran up and assaulted my brothe when my brother stopped briefly to send his condolences to a girl there who lost her son the day before...he was an infant and didn't make it home and my brother knew she was hurting. Anyways we want to start metro and I just need to know what we need for the intake process and what to expect.thank you
The best in Jacksonville. I've been going to metro on and off for for years. I always come back due to problems with the other big clinic off park street. The renovations are amazing. I love the finger print check in kiosk. No lines you get to sit in brand new chairs while waiting for your number to come up on state of the art flat screens. Friendly none judgemental staff is very helpful.
My boyfriend and I went to this clinic a year and a half ago while I was pregnant. I liked my counselor, the waiting time wasn't that bad (in comparison to the clinic I had attended here in PA) and getting in and receiving treatment all happened within a day. We moved back home to PA and I was still pregnant, and the clinic here makes you jump through hoops to get in, it took 2 weeks for me, and when my boyfriend put his paperwork in it took a month! The only complaint I have for metro is the waiting time to see the Dr. Every time I had to see the Dr I waited over an hour, and had to sit and wait feeling sick from withdrawal and couldn't dose until I saw the Dr. Also, I wanted to commend this center because I initially went to park side for treatment as it was closer to home, and because I had benzos in my system they refused to treat me and wouldn't let me reapply after getting the benzos outta my system, whereas metro got me in the same day.
Pretty quick just weekends are about a 30-60min but once u get 2 the window it's about a minute or 2 if that then ur off on ur merry way
